Who We Are

Child Secure Photography is designed to shorten the time it takes to get necessary information to the local authorities when a child should go missing.

It is a program of RTS ministries which is operated by Rocky Sanders and his wife Jan.  Together they are passionate about the safety of children world wide.  

This program was developed due to their deep desire to help protect the children local to the Quad-Cities Area (QCA).  Since they can't be physically present with all 100,000+ children in the QCA, Rocky came up with this program which will give every parent taking advantage of the service some added peace of mind.

If a child were to go missing this program would offer the parents or guardians the ability to get much needed information in the hands of public authorities  faster than the national average, which is currently around two hours.  That's two hours of valuable time that will be added to the search for the child.

Every child is important and it is our desire to make the world a little safer for each of them.
