Child Secure Photography Program
Helping to keep children safe
Child Secure Photography is a program of RTS Ministries, a Iowa nonprofit corporation with offices in Davenport, Iowa. A photo studio is being established in Davenport offering free identification services to families in the Quad-Cities area with children up to 17 years of age. Our goal is to make available to each child in a family, regardless of family size or economic ability, the following services FREE OF CHARGE:
An information sheet that will include all personal, identification, medical and contact info. a current picture, fingerprints and an optional DNA sample.
An 8”X10” photo of the child for the parent(s) suitable for framing
A flash drive with all pertinent information and the current photo
An 11”X17” family photo suitable for framing
We intend to provide this service to 5,000 children over the first year of operation.
In addition to the free services listed above, we will offer normal photography studio sittings for a nominal fee.
